Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. While Ashley hasn't spoken too much about her parents, she has been credited by her father with the beginning of her passion for working hard as his bodybuilder career was very popular during his 20s and 30s. Ashley was active physically from the age of four. She started lessons in swimming at the age of four old, and continued for a further 10 years. Although she entered several competitions however, she wasn't determined enough to adhere to a diet that would allow her body to be at its best. Her attractive appearance and her slim physique made her famous while she was in high school. However, it's not known whether Ashley was ever involved with someone during that period of time. Ashley decided after she graduated to drop out of university and concentrate on her work as model. Ashley was 15 when she realized that she was not content with how her body was looking. After being encouraged to join the gym by her grandfather, Ashley began to work out. But, she heeded his suggestion to start with a slow pace. Ashley was motivated by her victory and competed in into the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She placed 7th and felt compelled to train more. Ashley participated in the WBFF World Championships 2015 and finished in fifth place. When this event was completed, Ashley opted to not compete again. While she competed in events she was offered a variety of photography shoots. But she didn't wish to join her two careers. When she decided to stop playing and resigned from the sport, she began to work as a fitness model. The cover of one of the most popular fitness magazines launched her profession as a fitness model. Since then, she has become a highly sought after model. Her appearances have been in many bikinis and clothes companies and has been published as the face of a popular fitness magazine.
